plz man make this longer, i'm itching to hear it

Wow I like this, if you make it longer, which I hope you do! I think make the intro a little less abrupt, it does start full on, which is good as is, I just feel in my opinion it needs to start slightly different then to follow on with how you have it here! I'm thinking some piano too, nothing over the top just a simple melody, wavering in and out (sorry man I got this on loop and am visualising it lol XD)

just a few ideas, just a vibe I get for this tune! but as is, I like this, there's just something about chanting monks, (or whatever they are) they add that something I can't quite put into words

Nicely done! good luck with extending it!

Peace Out!

Kirizzle responds:

You are correct sir, they are monks.

Geez, I have so many ideas for this song... I could do some piano, but recently working on it I got something more towards ambient experimental. I want to do this song well and not disappoint people but I have a feeling it's not going to turn out all that great. I'll just keep checking back to my reviews for ideas and see what I can make out of this loop.

Again, thanks for the review.

subliminal, i think! you've influenced my vote

Now this I like, I've not had the pleasure of hearing any of your stuff yet Anima! so I'm gonna be back soon to hear some more!

the style of this tune reminds me of Chemical Brothers!

On with the review, I found this tune to be rather hypnotic, helped immensely by whichever effects you've used! aided especially by those vocals that make an appearance, this is a very ambient tune (of course) I like the subtle use of percussion in this, and I notice you've also incorporated a reverse cymbal! lol I have too in my recent submission! don't ya just love 'em!

Very Nicely done!

Hit me back! if you can spare a moment!

Peace Out!

The "Sega" vocal was Ameer's (PrinceG) idea. I thought it worked well.

Thanks for the review man

Dude you know this is sweet

Dude whan you hit me with the acoustic only version initially I thought it was soo sweet, then your brain worked overtime on ideas for the direction you wanted to take this, and I loved those Ideas!

Today those ideas became reality, and man you did a sweet sweet job, and you know that

Good one man!

LYRICS:
Stairing at the sky I wait for the bombs to rain
down and cleans the planet once refered to as the earth.
Once great cities are reduced to ashes in the
swirling winds of time mocking us for not knowing our time was up.

Alone I wait
End this hate
Goodbye friends
Make your amends
Up in the sky
Way up hi
Here the come
From Heaven
Why, why, why?

oh and thank you for the kind words Mr.Magooface :D

Man this was soo sweet

Dude if you start selling beats, NG will risk losing you! don't do it! nah do it if you want! I'm sure you'll sell lots, just don't go leaving newground in a hurry

the xylophone melody on this was sweet!, strings coming in at the right time making it interesing this was sweet dude, the beats as ever are awesome, and you're still banging out some sweet, sweet music

Good one man!

Peace Out!

Greeksta-69 responds:

Yeah man! way to go!

Now this was much better dude! glad you went with the idea! and the quotes you've used work very well with this

Also I see you've been had by that zero voter again! is he ever gonna learn?

Sandwhich-lord responds:

lol i told him to listen to the zero voter song

good very topical go kill 'em!

Very appropriate, nice use of samples to put out the message to the "Losers" sweetly done! very topical too! you go get those damn zerovoting losers

Sandwhich-lord responds:

well it needed to be done

Nicely done

Cool :) I'm gonna have to watch hellraise again me thinks! I've not seen it in a while!

I like what you've done with this, don't hear a lot of stuff like this anymore! I think you could have done with a few more samples in there, but meh that's just me, I like the guitar riff that you use in this as the opener after the vocal intro

Peace Out!

Stealth

Sandwhich-lord responds:

i dont have a lot of samples on my pc most of them are drums but i do have a few of my own guitar recordings with i chop and change and mess around with and the intro was one though i havnt got round to using it untill now.

And thanks dude

Oh Man a cover but a good cover

Oh man you've only gone and done a newer version Of Pachabels Canon in D, so as for Originality I'm marking you down for that, you don't even reference the tune you've covered

So anyway, I do however like what you've done with this, regardless of the unoriginality of it

It is short, and i really like that odd effect that occurs just before the bassline kicks in

and man you've been attacked by that damn pesky zerovoter

I'll give you 5/5 even though it's unoriginal, Buy I like it

Keep with it man!

Father-of-Death responds:

Umm hee hee about that song...

honestly i had no clue what the song was called...

but i recondnized it from somewhere...

so...yeah i had no clue what song it is and didn't even think of refrenceing it either...

big oops on my part =\

thnx review man!

Nicely done and ur singng isn't bad!

Nicely done man! I really like the accompanying acoustic guitar riff to this that was pretty sweet man, I wish I had an acoustic aswell oh wells! damnit!

Now for the song, the song was great :) I can't fault it! yeah keep with your song writing that was sweet

Now for the singing, you say your bad! but man you really aren't so don't be so harsh on yourself man!

Pull yourself together damnit! lol XD

All in all this was a great submission, keep with it!

Peace Out!

cause-of-war responds:

lol I still think I'm a bad singer.
But I'm glad you like the song dude!

Thanks for the review.

Nice, this is different too!

Wow I've not heard much violin here on NG! makes a nice change, Okay well I like the melody you had going on with that violin, and was accompanied very nicely with that...was it a flute? and the percussion too, which wasn't overdone, was used in moderation so thumbs up there

I did however find this tune to be a little repetetive, but that's no biggie

I'll give you 5/5 anywhoo

I can't say I'm familiar with the software you mentioned, if you're interested in other aspects of music making, you might wanna check out Fruity Loops! Just as a suggestion mind!

Hope to hear more tunes coming from you soon!

Keep at it man!

Come check by my stuff too, see what you think!

Peace Out!
